Luang Prabang

Hello!
I'm in the gorgeous land of Laos having a great time. I will be home very soon but first- a few photos. The waterfall shots are from today. The water was so clear and refreshing. We had a lot of fun jumping out of trees into the water. The other shots are from around the town of Pai in Thailand. A beautiful shot from the canyon at sunset, Sarah and I drinking out of plastic bags (happens all the time), Sarah, Mikael and I chillin out at a bar, the bathroom I used to shower in two nights ago in the stopover town going down the Meikong river to Luang Prabang, and my view from laying in my Bungalow in Pai.

Love you all, thanks for the emails. I'll see you soon with many mopre photos and endless stories.

Lanta Life

Welcome to Paradise!

Whew! Hope you enjoyed :)

I will post the photos from Myanmar soon.

Thank you to all who have written me- It is so nice to hear from all my wonderful family and friends!

I leave Koh Lanta tomorrow and head north to Chang Mai, Pai and then in to Laos.

My traveling amigo left on his journey back home yesterday, so don't be surprised to see a tanned, yet really cold looking Benjamin Francis roaming a street near you!

I am still with Anna and Eric but we will be parting ways tomorrow when I take off on my own adventures.

Koh Lanta has been incredible and I am really looking forward to the north. Everything I have heard and read about N. Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia sounds wicked. I feel quite prepared to travel alone. Even Cambodia should be a piece of cake compared to Myanmar! Also by that time I will already have traveled through 3 other countries alone. Well, 'alone'.

I have to stop in Bangkok tomorrow before I can leave to Chang Mai so today (for you all) would be a good time to write, should you feel up to it.
